🔥 BIG STEP. BIGGER PRIDE. 🔥

Shoutout to Maia and Josh, two of our young legends who made the jump from junior weights to adult weights at our recent DEKA event 💪

Once a junior hits 14, the weight jump is no joke — heavier loads, higher expectations, and a whole new level of challenge. And Maia and Josh didn’t just step up… they owned it.

This is what growth looks like:
➡️ Courage
➡️ Commitment
➡️ Confidence under pressure

We couldn’t be prouder of the work they’ve put in and the mindset they showed on the floor. Moments like this deserve to be celebrated and highlighted 👊

The future is strong — and it’s already here.

🏁 DEKA STRONG #1 — DONE & DUSTED 🏁

Our first DEKA Strong of the year is officially in the books, and what a day it was.

Massive respect to every competitor who showed up, pushed hard, and left it all on the floor — the grit, effort, and sportsmanship were unreal 💪🔥

A huge thank you to our gym members who once again gave up their time to help run the event. From judging to cheering to keeping everything moving — we couldn’t do this without you. This community continues to show what it’s all about ❤️

And finally… a special, emotional thank you from me, Lisa Little, as this marks my final DEKA Strong event as host.
So proud, so grateful, and genuinely emotional closing this chapter. Thank you for the energy, motivation , and passion it has helped shape every DEKA we’ve run — and this one was no different. Thank you for everything 🙌

On to the next… but we’ll remember this one for a long time 🖤

So much fun, laughter, love, and genuine support in one room – this is what it’s all about. We are beyond grateful for every single member who shows up, lifts each other up, and makes this gym feel like home.
