Acupuncture is coming to SG Injury!

We’re pleased to announce that acupuncture will be available to book from the last week of November.

Our acupuncture is clinical: we are using it to help manage injuries and musculoskeletal (MSK) pain. These are treatment focused appointments rather than relaxation sessions.

Appointments will be available with both Charlotte and Sam ✅

⚠️ Clients must be 18 or over.

Will resting fix my back pain❓

The short answer is no. Just rest on its own will help settle down the initial symptoms you may experience at the beginning… but long term it won’t completely solve the problem 🤔

A combination of a structured rehab plan, education around the specific injury and often gentle movements will be the key back to full fitness 🔑

Complete rest is likely to result in increased stiffness and reduced mobility overtime📉

Movement is medicine 🏃🏻
