If you don’t want to swim, you can do the Duathlon instead!

Join us for the standard (10k run / 40k cycle / 5k run) or sprint (5k run / 20k cycle / 5k run) distance duathlon at Southport Triathlon & Duathlon 2024, Sunday May 19th. Run round Southport Marine Lake then cycle the coast road which is flat, fast and fully closed to traffic. You can choose either distance and you can take part as a solo or as part of a team. 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃
