Big step forward this week 👇
I’ve officially qualified in sports massage therapy 💪
This allows me to help with muscle tension, recovery and general aches & pains — especially for those who train regularly, have physically demanding jobs or desk workers
I’ll be combining this with my current osteopathy training to improve the way I assess and treat clients.
Really enjoyed the course and looking forward to putting it into practice in clinic.
