Week 11/52 ❤️‍🔥

All done and dusted. A week very much filled with time spent with my nearest and dearest, which is always good for the soul.

We had some really solid training sessions, managed to fit in our JFPC social for March, and also got out walking, soaking up the sunshine and watching the flowers start to blossom 🌸

A productive and wholesome week, as always… and one step closer to summer ☀️💛

Week 10/52 🤍✨

The week I got ill for the first time in 2026… but also celebrated another year around the sun 🥹

A really beautiful week in its own way, lots of love and support from my nearest and dearest while I focused on getting better. There were a few client cancellations, which is never ideal!

We ended the week in the best way, celebrating with friends, family and my partner, and of course finishing on a fun Sunday circuit as always 🤭🤪

A beautiful, reflective week… and just like that, into chapter 27 I go 🤍✨

Week 9/52 ❤️‍🔥

This week we saw lots of strong, powerful sessions and wholesome days at home with a bit of sunshine, cooking good food, and enjoying some lovely matchas at home 🍵

It was also one of those weeks that really reminded me how much I love my job, getting to watch people grow, build confidence, and get stronger every single day is something I’ll never take for granted 🥹

We also introduced some new babies… our plant babies 🌿 as you can see. And of course, becoming plant parents🍃🤭

A really wholesome one all round 🤍

I hope you’re all doing well. For those who don’t know me, I’m Jess, a personal trainer and online coach based right here in the area.

For the past year and a half, I’ve been running Amazing Circuit Classes in Leigh On Sea, held at Studio Athletica.

🕘 When: Every Sunday at 9:30 AM
⏳ Duration: 1 hour
🏋️ What to expect:
• A warm-up and mobility dynamic stretch to get your body moving
• A fun, effective main circuit session
• Post-stretch and a touch of Vibe Yoga to finish strong and relaxed

✨ Special Offer:
Throughout October (and possibly into November), new customers can join a session for just £5.

These past few weeks have been so wholesome, the sun is shining, energy is high, and life is flowing just as it should. I’m feeling deeply grateful for every single moment and incredibly lucky to have the most amazing people by my side. 🫶🏻🌞🙏🫧🍓🥑🍋
