Let me reintroduce you to Dom

When you last saw Dom he was 18kg down.

Since then we made just a little bit more progress 👀

Dom is now 22kg down and looks like a different man.

But this is isn’t by luck

Dom hasn’t missed a beat, he has nailed everything to a tee and the results show that.

He is a very busy man, with a busy job, busy family life, plus many other commitments.

But this hasn’t stop him.

Like with all our clients the plan was made to fit around Doms life not the other way around.

And that’s why we get the results we do

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

I introduced you to phil a couple of weeks ago, but phil deserves another post.

Phil has achieved results that most guys dream of when they want to get into shape.

In 5 month he has
Lost 15kg
Lost 5 inches of his wasit
Lost 8% Body fat on his skin caliper test
Increased strength across all body part and movements
Seen his confidence skyrocket

But how has he done it you ask ?

He has shown up day in and day out no matter what, even while on holiday he made sure he made all the right choices.

He ticked of his daily non-negotiables making sure he hit his steps, his protein and calories..

But notice one thing, he did all the simple and non glamour tasks.

We built the plan around Phil’s life and what works for him not the other way around.

OPERATION NOT A DAD BOD

It is in full swing and the end goal is something I have wanted to do for a long time.

All will be revealed in the coming weeks and months but for the time being it’s to finish this diet strong and go into the gaining phase.

Weekly physique and training updates in coming and looking forward to share what is to come.

Dads.. stop looking for the perfect time because;

Between the sleepless night, cleaning bottles and navigating the nursery drop off and pick up all while working, it really doesn’t exist.

So how do you get back into the gym?

Simple…

Start small and stay consistent.

2-3x a week is better than none at all.

You’re not 18 anymore with no responsibilities, fitting the gym around YOUR life and not the other way round is how you stay consistent.

Like I say to all my clients, it’s about building habits.

Before you know it you’re a dad that works out 2-3x a week rather than one that sits on the sofa with their gut out watching netflix.

But like I said, that perfect time isn’t going to come, so stop looking for it.

Instead get up, get moving, and start to become the dad you want to be.
