***Military Bootcamps***

You asked so we delivered. We are happy to announce that we have partnered up with Base Jump Trampoline Park which will be the home of our midweek indoor venue.

We have ninja warrior style assault course, punch bags, foam pits, a huge class and training area,state of the art music and lighting systems and thats just a few of the great things we have at our disposal for our sessions.

This is a hard but fun fitness class with MBC that if perfect for all fitness levels and abilities.

The first Wednesday session is on the 4th of July and is completely FREE of charge as a trial session.

You will need to book your space on this session ASAP.

Please like/share and tag your training buddies as this is going to be a fitness class no one wants to miss.

Military bootcamp is making a return!!!!

Due to so many people asking for MBC to make a comeback lately and a few personal issues that have now been sorted which allow me to be able to commit to running this like it used to be!!!

Military bootcamp (MBC) was Southend-On-Sea's biggest and best fitness class around. Sessions are run no matter the weather come rain or shine. All our instructors are Ex Military from either the elite Parachute regiment or the not so elite Royal marines (Had to get a dig in there lol)

Over the years we have helped literally hundreds if not thousands of Southend-On-Sea and surrounding area residents to get fit, be healthy and lose weight with arguably one of if not the biggest before/after shots record in the area.

We are super excited to get helping people in a fun, friendly group environment to lose weight and get active.

More news to follow tomorrow regarding times/days/ and the all important launch date!!!!!!!

Insanity is like a dragon that was put to bed and locked away but now it’s rearing it’s ugly head....really can you handle it again??

**Personal training slots now available**

In a saturated market what would make you choose to employ a personal trainer? Topless pictures of said trainer in the gym or topless pictures of the clients they have transformed.

The reason the ego trainer uploads topless pictures of themselves is down to the fact they have no clients before and after pictures.

Your body does not need a detox, contrary to what all the social media sales people (gender neutral 😂) would have you believe!!

Save your money this January and look at the amount of calories you consume and get moving more than usual 💪🏻💪🏻
