Zara's Aerial Arts Centre offers fitness based programmes within classes and private tuition to help you build strength, tone the body help improve flexibility as well as building up confidence. Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks and Pole Fitness lessons are a great way to meet new people, get fit whilst having fun, tone up and try something new. If you feel you have no strength please don’t turn away, we build and work on all levels of people and run programmes so you can see your strength improve over time. My classes are NOT mixed level so you will be joining a group class that is your level, so for example if you are a complete beginner you will join a complete beginners class. My classes are a five week courses/lessons for £50 working out £10 a lesson - 1 hour class - 2 people max to a pole with professional qualified instructors. Throughout the course you will be learning spins, spin combinations, grips, holds, inverts, poses, transitions, balance, flexibility and strength training. I also offer private tuition at an affordable price for the people who may wish to build their confidence up first before jumping straight into a class or for the people that work shifts and can not commit to a course/class, privates very from a one on one session to a max of 18 ladies (two to a pole) please get in contact for availability. Gift vouchers also available but valid for only 1 year from purchase. I also offer Hen / Stag do parties and birthdays. My Studio has 12 poles, 11 x 45mm thick chrome X-poles and 1 x 40mm thick chrome X-Pole. All poles are surrounded with 4inch professional safety mats and are 3.5m high with a monthly safety check. As well as 7 Aerial Hoops with thick gymnastic mats below for safety. I teach from complete beginners, beginner, intermediate, advance to elite level.
