Talent helps, but punctuality, work ethic and respect are what make someone truly coachable.

Get those three right and everything else can be developed.

With over 15 years of training, a first-degree black belt and championship wins across every belt level, Jolie brings a wealth of competitive and coaching experience to the mats.

Whether you want to improve your ground game, compete in BJJ or simply try something new, there’s a class for you.

Tuesdays:
🥋 4pm: Under-9s No-Gi
🥋 Over-9s No-Gi follows
