Mind of Jack 🧠
If you have known me at all over the 22 years of my life whether it was school, College or any sporting club I’ve played for then you would know I’m not the most RIPPED, PUMPED UP or SHREDDED fu**er in the world, I’ve always gone around holding onto a little bit of puppy fat and being able to do the truffle shuffle, it doesn’t mean as a PERSONAL TRAINER that I don’t know my s**t or I haven’t got a clue on how to get 6 pack abs, a perky ass or a big chest.
I feel like in this PT industry people look at you and decide based on looks alone whether they want to PT with you which if I’m honest I completely understand, however the PT game is about knowledge, how to achieve your clients goals the best way not the fastest. You want to enjoy the process, learn from it and all in all coming out of it thinking what and amazing experience it was not dreading every Set and Rep.
I’m still yet to become the best version of myself it’s a slow process something that shouldn’t be rushed, as much as I want a solid chest, 6 pack abs, big biceps I also want to be able to maintain, adapt, enjoy every second that I’m in the gym or reading/watching videos on different styles of training and movement.
All in all love yourself, love every part of your progression big or small and don’t be embarrassed we all started our own fitness journey somewhere. Perfect bodies it’s all a state of mind not everyone’s perfect bodies are the same so enjoy what you have, you have 1 life, 1 body create your own perfection and encourage other to chase theirs.
