After some shocking news Christmas 2020 I’m back doing what I love. My body still isn’t as strong as it was but we can get there together. Thank the universe for Pilates. ⁣

I’ve learnt a lot along the way and I’m excited to teach again, with a new found love of women’s mental and physical health. ⁣
