A huge thank you to , .vc, and for delivering such a great first round of Coast to City.

And the routesetting for Saturday is officially underway!

Unlike the IndiRock round, we'll be kicking things off with the Youth Qualifiers and Youth Finals before moving into the Adult Qualifiers and Adult Finals later in the day.

Whether you're competing, supporting friends, or just looking for a day of climbing, there'll be plenty to get involved in. Each category will have 25 boulders to climb, plus a few surprises along the way 🐢🐢

Members of and all City Bouldering gyms can enter the competition, climb all day, and watch the Finals for just £5.

🧗 08:30–11:30 Youth Qualifiers
🏆 12:30–14:15 Youth Finals
🧗 15:00–18:00 Adult Qualifiers
🏆 19:00–21:15 Adult Finals

We’re so excited for the Coast to City Finals taking place this Saturday at 🔥

On top of the Adult Finals, we’ll also be hosting Youth Finals, giving some of the strongest young climbers a chance to compete under the lights.

Spectator tickets are available now and give you access to both the Adult and Youth Finals, plus a free drink 🍻

There’s also still time to enter Round 2 at . Even if you missed the qualifier, the highest score in each category on the day will earn a place in the Finals.

And if you’re a member at IndiRock or any City Bouldering gym, your Stratford competition ticket is just £5. That gets you entry to the competition, climbing throughout the day, and access to watch the Finals too.

Whether you’re competing, supporting friends, or just want to be part of the atmosphere, we’d love to see you there.

What an amazing first round at IndiRock. We loved seeing so many familiar faces, new faces, and of course spending the day climbing with our friends from . Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a great day.

A huge congratulations to the highest-scoring climbers from each category at IndiRock, who have secured automatic qualification for the Finals:

🧗We just had a fantastic round 1 for our Coast to City competition here at Indirock! Thank you to everyone who joined us for all the fun!

🏆The next round and finals are taking place this Saturday 13th at City Bouldering in Stratford. We are still open all day and look forward to welcoming you for a climb!

🎶In fact, Victoria Shopping Centre is putting on a special DJ event right outside Indirock in collaboration with from 12pm til 4pm on Saturday.
🎤Giving local under-18 DJs a chance to perform live and show off their talent!

Just a few days to go until Round 1 of Coast to City lands at IndiRock in Southend 👀

If you're travelling to us for the comp and haven't visited Southend before, we thought we'd share a few things you can check out before or after your climb.

Just around the corner from IndiRock is Switch , a cocktail bar with interactive games that's great for hanging out with friends after a day of climbing 🍸🎯

Also nearby is if you fancy a round of mini golf ⛳

If the weather's good, take a walk down the High Street, have a wander through the shops, or head over to the seafront.

And, of course, if you've got a bit more time, Adventure Island is always worth a visit 🎢

Founded in Southend in 1932, Rossi has been serving ice cream for over 90 years. We’ll be bringing 3 flavours along on the day for competitors to enjoy 👀

With just 5 days to go, now’s the time to secure your spot.
