Whilst on one of our trips to a viewpoint, we got approached by a lovely charity called Dream Story Thailand. We all decided to donate they support orphans in Thailand. Fantastic work!

Fridays day and celebration finishing the training with a medal presentation at sunset. Each day we deliver between 2/6 activities a day. This is a fitness holiday not just a training camp!

Thursday camp day after the famous Buddha run tough so we had a spa day planned for the second part of the day Thai style!
