We’re delighted to be hosting additional sound baths❤️ Charity Sound Bath with Ian are on the 1st Friday of every month in the build up at Thorpe Bay, raising funds for the 24HRTakeover in support of The One Love Project and SECE Mind.

Allow yourself an hour to pause, reset and recharge as Ian guides you through a deeply relaxing sound bath experience designed to help calm the mind, reduce stress and restore balance.

One of our amazing truGym Thorpe Bay members, Ian Barton, is already hard at work raising funds for the in support of The One Love Project and SECE Mind.

During the 24hrtakeover, Ian will be taking on an incredible 24-hour Spinathon, cycling through the day and night to help raise as much money as possible for our two fantastic local charities. You can even take part with him for even a little while with your £24 24hr access wristband!
