Two big “Firsts” this week! 🥳🥳🥳🥳
Well done and for getting their first full push up and first full chin up respectively 🫡✊👊
Jess had her first 1-2-1 about a month ago. She already had a pretty solid base of strength but couldn’t do a full push up for love or money… we had a look at what was going on, made a plan, she went away and put in the work and… Bosh! There you go 😮💨👌
Lucy came to her first Group Class at the end of last year and then has been consistently coming along since the start of this year… every week putting in the hard work despite claiming “I absolutely hate ring rows… they’re horrible!” 😂 but, again stuck with it, put the work in and, again… Bosh! There you go 😮💨👌
2 different approaches but 2 things in common…
1) Putting the work in
And
2) Being consistent.
Do those… and you will improve 🤷♂️
