We miss you 😢

Consistency in fitness is not about perfection, training every day, or executing an intense routine. It is simply the commitment to showing up and doing what is sustainable. Doing a little bit regularly compounds over time, building lasting habits and preventing the burnout associated with an "all-or-nothing" approach.

Life takes over and before you know it weeks or even months have passed without you getting into a positive routine.

All your health and fitness benefits are gone 😞 You feel fat, useless and lethargic and you cannot find your mojo 😞

You know that you’ll feel great when you’ve done it!!

Wednesday had a mixture of slam balls, hill runs, tyre flips, resistance bands, core exercises, and more 💪
