Junior Boxing classes starting next week!

Boxing offers juniors a variety of both physical and mental health benefits, whilst socialising with others their own age.

It’s a great way to learn a new skill whilst improving fitness, developing discipline and gaining confidence!

All juniors will be supervised by professionals at all times. Our coaches aim to make these classes fun and promote a friendly team environment with safety being our highest priority.
