Early morning run with Bruno (including a massive hill 🥵) before the heat kicked in ☀️🐶 He definitely enjoyed the cool-down swim more than the hills! 💦
Reminder — I’m currently running 2 weekly classes:

🔥 Real Bodies Burn (cardio & bodyweight exercises)
Mondays 6:30pm & Thursdays 9:30am — classes alternate weekly so they complement each other perfectly 💪
