Deadlift PB ⬆️⬆️
Training the other day and needed a big blow out, so after working on squats went to deadlift and worked up to some heavy x3 reps! Without realising I went to a PB. Thought I was pulling 150, ended up being 160 and then added 2.5s to make this top set 165kg.
Wasn’t pretty but got it up!! 💪🏻
