There’s something powerful about a group of people choosing to let go, be present, and just feel… and that’s exactly what happened today.

A glimpse into what SoulJive looks like in the wild 🌿

Movement, stillness, music, and connection, all shared through headphones, guided voice, and the freedom to choose how your body responds.

Over the winter, we’re testing, refining, and growing this offering through retreats and small groups, letting it take shape in real time and real bodies.

Soon, as we move into spring and summer, SoulJive will be stepping out into outdoor public, ticketed events, as well as being available for private bookings for companies, schools, and celebrations.

It’s not about learning steps.
It’s about listening inward, moving honestly, and doing it together.

Each SoulJive session begins and ends in stillness.
A few quiet moments to arrive…
and a few to notice how you feel when you leave.

In between, we move through a carefully chosen mix of familiar, feel-good music.

You’re guided through a journey of sound and movement that invites you to explore, stretch your comfort zone, and also pause when you need to.

Some moments are playful.
Some are powerful.
Some are reflective.

There’s no routine to copy and nothing to get “right.”
You move in your own way, at your own pace, supported by music and shared space.

We dance indoors or under open skies.
With children, parents, and grandparents side by side.
Different generations. Different styles. One rhythm.
