Hedge End Junior Cricket Club - HEJCC At Hedge End Junior Cricket Club (HEJCC), our entire focus is on providing a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for boys and girls to play cricket.

We're proud to be the only junior cricket club in Hampshire! Our teams range from U9s to U15s, and we have a new Juniors & Mens (JAMs) team and a rapidly growing girls' program. 🏏 Celebrating a Fantastic 2026 Season at the HEJCC Awards! 🏆

Today, we gathered at Turnpike Way sports ground to reflect on the club's incredible progress and highlight our major achievements from the 2026 season. It was brilliant to see such a great turnout, capped off with some highly competitive (and very fun!) parents vs. kids rounders games! 🥎

A massive thank you to all our amazing volunteers—your dedication behind the scenes made this successful season possible. 🙌

Each team manager took the floor to celebrate their squad's league and cup runs, handing out individual team awards too.

Cecile had an absolute blast Beach Dubbin’ on Southsea Common last Sunday, there was lots of iced coffee and lots of very cool VDubs.

A huge thanks to the team of volunteer organisers who put the show on and raise an incredible amount for local charities.

As the regular season draws to a close with nearly all league fixtures now complete, it has been a fantastic summer of cricket across all age groups at Hedge End!

🏆 Headline Highlight: U13B League Champions!

Under 13B vs Sarisbury Athletic CC Stingrays (League): A massive congratulations to our U13B team on claiming the U13 Tier 2 South League title! Batting first, Hedge End scored 124/8 from 20 overs before bowling Sarisbury out for 103 in 17.2 overs to wrap up the win and secure the championship.

📊 Completed Games Summary:

Under 11A vs Holybourne CC (Friendly): A dominant display in friendly action, with Hedge End posting a huge 197/3 from 20 overs and bowling Holybourne out for 38/8 in 8.2 overs to take the win.

Under 15B vs Locks Heath CC Hurricanes (League): A tight, high-scoring contest where Locks Heath scored 167/5, with Hedge End putting up a brave chase to finish on 154/7.

Under 15 vs Hursley Park CC (League): Hursley Park posted 157/5, with Hedge End finishing on 97/8 in a tough battle.
