**WHY’s & HOW**
Is making your health your number 1 priority??
For most it isn’t, and That can be a hard pill to swallow admitting it to ourselves, if you can admit it that is 🤔
Right now is the time to take charge and put yourself first! Not tomorrow but NOW.
Easier said than done right, and I totally get that. We all have demons that can hold us back from taking charge and moving forward.
But I believe, that having an extremely strong WHY will get you anyplace you want in life.
Example..
I’m finally gonna take charge of my health! Here’s WHY!
My children!
That to me is a STRONG WHY and if the focus is always on the WHY then you’re unstoppable!!
Maybe most do have a strong WHY but continue to ask themselves, HOW do I start?!
All that conflicting information about health and fitness! No wonder most seem to be like cats caught in headlights.
The HOW is just as big of a problem as the WHY!
But the WHY is the first problem to solve.
Once you have the massive all important WHY then the HOW wont be the next thing to deal with.
Don’t get me wrong, asking HOW is the right move but when the WHY is strong enough the HOW won’t paralyse you!
So get that WHY!
Who’s got the WHY that makes you unstoppable??
