A huge well done to our August Bootcamper of the Month, Ellie! 👏

Ellie is one of our newer members at Bootcamp UK Southampton, but she’s absolutely committed from day one and consistently puts in the graft at every session. 💪

Having started with us through the wet and windy sessions, she’s stayed consistent right through the heat of the summer and we’re already seeing massive improvements in her fitness and strength.

I can’t wait to see where it takes Ellie next. As we head into the autumn months, we’re looking forward to seeing even more changes, improvements and progress.

Community is at the heart of everything I do.

When I took over Bootcamp UK Southampton, my mission was to create a place where people felt supported, encouraged and brave enough to step outside their comfort zone! And embrace some mud 🤣🤣

Luckily for me this lot came along and lift each other up, pull each other through and, when needed, push a few bottoms over walls! No judgement, no hidden agendas, just genuine support, encouragement, laughter and celebrating every success together! 💪💪

For me, it’s about making these challenges accessible to everyone and giving people the opportunity to discover just how capable they really are.

To challenge themselves, support one another, have great fun and get fitter along the way.

You lot smashed it! Super proud!
