What can I say Adie has done amazing.
When I first met Adie she couldn’t really sit comfortably,bend and when she was working she was in so much pain with her knees!

She jumped into the healthy living quickly, she knew something needed to change.
She now trains 5x a week, 3 with me and 2 at home and completely changed her way of life through healthy food choices and more movement.

Now Adie can handle being on her feet for long periods of time with no pain, her strength has increased significantly and she has ~

✅she has lost over 35 inches all over
✅6 stone in weight
✅5% Body fat
