If you have lost motivation, stopped being disciplined and feel like you have fallen off track... read below!β¬οΈ
At first it is easy because it is new and exciting...
Then after a month or so, life gets in the way, it feels harder to get out of bed sometimes, you get bored, etc. Whatever it is...
A few missed sessions later, you have lost steam, you dont feel motivated and you feel like you are going backwards.
If you can relate, here is what you need to do:
1οΈβ£ Re-asess your schedule and make sure your plan for exercise and nutrition is realistic and actually fits into your lifestyle.
2οΈβ£ Make sure your workouts are effective (not too easy, not too hard, not too boring).
3οΈβ£ Double check your goals have DEEP meaning and get the fire in your belly and remind yourself of it every now and again.
4οΈβ£ Get a coach or accountability partner/workout buddy to help you stay on track.
Enjoy the journey, plan ahead, put the work in and eventually you will reap the benefits π
