Tomorrow is the day. Last Tuesday evening after 12 years. Who knows where my hoops will take me but I thank everyone who has come to a class to try or to stay.
I'll still be available to hoop or do one off adult sessions and my PT so let's see how it all goes. The day job and family life certainly will fill the time and I plan to find an exercise class to attend and be on the other side!

12 years teaching for me this week and only three more Tuesday classes left. I'll still be around and in an ideal world would love to still share the hoop love but I'll have to work that out. Drinks on 24th message me for info.
If you need a local (or not local) hoop fix then the lovely Caz from Caz Rock a Hula is super active on the socials and has hints, tips and routines... She also runs online classes but only has a few spaces left. Do message her if you are interested. She's been coming to my classes for years (nearly the 12 but I would have to check!!)

Dear all. I've put this off but had better now make this formal as all regulars in my classes know.

🌹24th march is the last regular Tuesday hooping🌹

I have multiple reasons for the decision to stop these classes that have been running for 12(😮) years!!!

Personal and professional. What I can say is THANK YOU to absolutely everyone who has supported me long and short term.

I'll post more again but I'll still be hooping and PT ing for now but just not regularly on a Tuesday.

Hooping!! Finish these last 5 weeks with style, panache, chaos, and a hellofalotoffun!

I can't decide if the week has whizzed by or not... Nevertheless less it was back to the day job plus a cheeky 🎆 long Sunday on the water for two 🚢👑. Managed to warm up and dry off when home... Definitely warm when hooping and I absolutely loved all the smiles last week... especially when we had forgotten a chunk load of the routine we've been working on... It will be remembered and we will smash it out once more. 7.45 start. I'm there from 7.20 pop along x 😁

Welcome to 2026, I do hope the last few weeks have been kind to you and however you spent them was as you wanted.
Onwards we go, I don't make myself new year resolutions as personally I find them too much pressure! Ha but small changes work for me. So, whatever you have decided we are back in Tuesday 6th for a 7.45 start. Feel free you arrive from 7.20 if you want to have a go or catch up with other hoopers before we start. Heading into December (or more like tripping and stumbling for me!). Cracking on with our usual plus my little ("cheesy") new routine!
December sees us through to the 16th then we will do our usual end of term thing.. 🥂
The centre has it's festive table up if you have any small change to make a little purchase of something cute and homemade, and we always look forward to the Christmas bunting! 😉🤞

I got through my busy week🎆and apologies for not being more active even though I'm a once a post week girl. We do the usual and are working on a group routine that, quite frankly, looks amazing. The ladies are taking control on what moves they do and I just love standing back and watching it come together.
7.45pm St Andrews Main hall Dibden Purlieu, I'm there from 7.15 pm or just after if you want to pop in and have a little go or joining the class to see how you feel. We have varied abilities so you are in a "safe" crowd. We are on until 16th December then break for Christmas (!!)

Slightly late post. I'm a bit of a tired zombie after the weekend.. remember the cheeky offer of free taster for hooping 19.25 on Tuesday before class.
Talking of zombies... Check out Caz Rock a Hula latest spintember routine.. we've had the pleasure of learning them in class but why not check it out at home.
Tuesday classes have been full of a group choreo and a little bit of the macarena... Come and check it out!!

Quick addition to Tuesdays... As I'm at the hall before 7.45, I'm opening up a little 15-20 min free taster. If you fancy giving hooping a try pop along and give it a go, sometimes a little try gives the confidence needed to do more. It may not come naturally but worth sticking at it.. remember you've got to be a beginner first ... Xx just let me know or pop along and see what its all about x 🌹 arrive about 7.25 pm.
