Dear trials community,
It is with a heavy heart that I write this message today to inform you of the closure of our online bike shop. Over the past few years, we have had the privilege of serving you and providing you with your bikes and accessories. However, due to my own shortcomings, I have regrettably let you down.
To all those whom I have disappointed and inconvenienced, I sincerely apologise. I understand that as customers, you have placed your trust in our business and relied on us for your bikes, parts, and accessories. I deeply regret any frustration, inconvenience, or disappointment that my actions or lack thereof may have caused. It was never my intention to let anyone down, and I take full responsibility for the shortcomings that led to this decision.
I would also like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to those who have supported our shop throughout its existence. Your trust, loyalty, and support have been immensely appreciated. It is because of you that we were able to operate for the last three years.
Closing the shop was not an easy decision, but I believe it is the responsible and necessary course of action given the circumstances. I have learned valuable lessons from this experience, and I am committed to personal growth and improvement. While this chapter may be closing, I will still be continuing to run the FXN app and South coast bike trial, and I hope to apply these lessons to help bring you the best app and competition series possible.
Once again, I want to extend my sincere apologies to those who have been affected by my disorganisation. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. And to all the wonderful customers who have supported us, I offer my heartfelt thanks for believing in our shop and being a part of our journey.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us on any of the FXN socials. Your feedback and thoughts are always important to me, and I am here to address any outstanding matters to the best of my ability.
Thank you for your understanding, and I hope to see you all out on your bikes in the future.
Sincerely,
Shaun Goddard
