9.30-10.15 Low level recovery class for all ages including older adults and postnatal mums and post-menopausal women.
18:30-19:15 Intermed/Advanced class with Priya. You need plenty of Pilates experience for this class. Tuesday
18:15-19:00 Pregnancy Pilates with Priy
a. Bring your Swiss ball for core work, release moves, labour prep, pelvic floor work and strengthening moves throughout pregnancy.
19:30-20:15 Improvers class with Mandie. Lots of variety and fun in this beginners to intermediate class. Wednesday
19:00-19:45 Mixed Ability Pilates with Alex. Focus on technique and feeling the Pilates moves.
20:00-20:45 Mixed Ability with Mandie. Often a great place for mums who have returned to work and stopped our postnatal classes. Thursday
18:00-18:45 Beginner and intermediate class with Faye who will gently guide you and then make you work without realising it!
19:00-19:45 Mixed Ability with Priya. Come ready to work and have a giggle in a class where children join in and it has a real community feel.
20:00-20:45 Intermediate/Advanced with Priya not for the faint hearted. Pilates experience is needed! Friday
09:30-10:15 Post-Natal Class with Priya for Mums and Babies. Breath, release and strength. The perfect rehab space. Saturday
09:00-09:45 Pregnancy Pilates with the ball. Working on functional movement for pregnancy and motherhood. Keeping the body mobile, supporting the pelvis and core whilst releasing those tighter areas. Sunday
