Southampton University Men's Hockey Club, colloquially referred to as Wessex, is viewed across the university as one of the most friendly, sociable, and successful clubs in the Athletic Union. We field 5 teams who each compete at a range of different standards - with 4 teams in the BUCS leagues on Wednesday afternoons and 5 teams in Hampshire leagues on Saturdays. We pride ourselves on the club motto of "Arrogance and Excellence".

Now that the hairiest month of the year has come to a close it’s time to admire the clubs efforts in getting some upper lip coverage 🥸 this year saw 17 of our boys successfully partake and 2 of them “accidentally” shaving beforehand, hence their very own slide of shame 😔 nonetheless, after a successful pub quiz on Saturday we have managed to raise £127 in aid of Movember however if you’d still like to donate please do so with the QR code above or with the link in the bio
