Emily attended England Squad this weekend for the first squad of the new selection! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🌟

Emily made great progress this weekend, showing so many upgrades as well as working hard in the S&C programmes and working on perfecting her technique!

A massive Thank you to all the coaches for their input this weekend!

Emily was also one of the prize winners picked by the England coaches not only for the upgrades shown throughout the camp but also for her incredible work ethic!

As always Team Dynamo are super proud of you and excited to see you keep building into the upcoming season…

⭐ Pipers Vale 2026 - Day 2 ⭐

Day 2 of the Pipers Vale Challenge was underway today, and we are super proud of these boys going above and beyond with their performances!

✨ U8 Challenge
Lyle - 51st AA
Oliver - 63rd AA
Both gymnasts travelling to the Pipers Vale event for the first time, and they were incredible! We are super proud of them!

✨ U12 Challenge
Jack - 30th AA - He had a fantastic competition, with a new personal best, thanks to his fantastic routines throughout the day.

Today some of our Men’s Squad made the journey to Ipswich, to compete in the Pipers Vale Competition. See results below:

✨ U9 Challenge:
Emerson - 27th AA - Finishing in the top 20 on Parallel Bars & High Bar!
Owen - 58th AA - Successfully completing his Muscle up on Rings & his upstart on Parallel Bars!

✨ U16 Challenge:
Alastair - 15th AA - With a top 10 finish on pommel horse!

✨ U12 Cup:
Rhys - 17th AA - Improving by over 3 marks for a new personal best!
