Boxer of the Month Molly Willmer
Now we’ve chosen Molly this month not because of how many fights she’s won or her skill set , although it’s coming slowly but surely.
We have chosen Molly as she is a prime example of how boxing can change somebody’s life.
Molly came to us shy and unsure of herself after suffering a lot of family issues, being bullied at school so much so the Drs decided to medicate her, Molly would not leave the house her mum Jayne Mac was in despair quite literally the both of them sucidal, imagine as a parent feeling you cannot help your child. We won’t go into detail as this is personal to the family, Jayne did her best and decided maybe a sport may help……BOXING.
Now the good part, Molly has become a confident, cheeky teenager, her words ‘I’ve found my people’ this is what it’s all about. Changing lives for the better not just creating champions for the future but to better somebody’s life for the future, giving them confidence and to feel part of a team/family.
Jayne stated that not only had we saved Mollys life but also hers 🥹
We are super proud of you Molly and how far you have come, we can’t wait to watch the next chapter of your life ❤️ Keep up the good work and dedication Molly!!!

Attention all newly qualified PTs are you looking to build up a client base?
Do you have Clients who would prefer to not use a public gym?
Maybe you yourself would prefer not to use a public gym, lost confidence need help to gain confidence?
I know how expensive it is to ‘rent’ space from commercial gyms or have half your PT earnings used or to even work hours to cover whether you have all your clients in or not.
I am offering the use of my home gym at an extremely low rate, pay as you go no client you don’t pay.
I want this to help new PTs break into the industry.
My gym is fully equipped for everything strength and functional training based and more.
You can come and take a look, there is a wireless speaker for your tunes, parking and easy access when the times you choose are arranged.
All I ask is for you to have full public liability for sport insurance, PAR-Q forms completed (I can supply these) and proof of your qualifications please Inbox me for more details.
I’m based local in southampton, you’d only have to work around a few of my own clients and our other PT.
It’s a great way to get your Personal training business up and running without the constant strain and worry of cost.
