Thank you for your patience whilst we carried out our essential maintenance updates and cleaning the last two days.

We are pleased to let you know we have completed all on time and will be reopening earlier than anticipated at 4am Wednesday 27th October.

We will look forward to seeing you back in club.

Hello everyone!!! 😊 How are we all? Getting used to be back in our gym? How’s training going? Need a physical metric to help keep track of your goals?

Why not use our FitQuest machine? It will measure your body composition and it even does a fitness test. This would be a great way to keep track and make sure you are going in the right direction 😊

It is so good to see our members here again in our club 😍 They bring such a positive energy and definitely improves the atmosphere! We wanted to share with you some of our members and their feedback as to why they love having our club open again 😊

Do Your Bit, Clean Your Kit‼️

Please wipe down your equipment after you used it. Sanitising sprays and paper towels are available for you to use at our Cleaning Stations.

Then please throw your paper towels in the bin‼️

We kindly ask our members to do this to help us maintain our gym really shiny and safe for each other. Thank you for your cooperation 😊
