I am 54 years old and have been on medication for high blood pressure for many years.
In December 2024, at the heaviest weight I had ever been (11 st 4), I knew I needed to do something and, with Marcin’s help at the gym, I began my journey.
At the start, my blood pressure readings were around 130/90 mmHg, even while on medication.
I was low on energy, struggling with menopause aches and pains, and had no experience with weight training.
I was also nervous — I didn’t want muscles and had never lifted weights before.
Six months on, my weight is now 10 st, my waist has reduced from 96 cm to 86 cm, and my thigh from 63 cm to 58 cm.
More importantly, my blood pressure has dropped significantly, now averaging 107/74 mmHg, and my doctor has reduced my medication.
I feel better both mentally and physically than I have in years.
Marcin has not only trained me but educated me on how to eat better, reduce calories without cutting out treats, and make small, sustainable changes.
I honestly would not be where I am now without Marcin’s expertise, encouragement and support, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.
