We have POWER!!!!

Sspt has moved into the modern world and we now have this new technology called “elektrisity”

It means we can train without bumping into equipment in the dark.

But also yes

I DID add more weight to that sled

I am excited to see where this new technology takes us all 😜😁

I can barely keep this stuff stocked as quick as you guys are buying out.

You wanted less chocolate, more varies on flavours.I did it
You want a different flavoured shakes? I did it.
I even had requests for pre workouts. Guess what I did that, too
The shop is quickly becoming your one. Stop for Everything supplement related.

This stuff will sell out fast.So I advise that you guys pick it up when you're in house to give you the best chance of hitting your protein goals

Are those protein numbers slacking? Grab a shake!
Feeling a little bit peckish. The protein bars are a fantastic way of getting your protein in without cheating on your calories.

Maybe you don't like protein bars well...., guess what? I've got protein flapjacks!!! of non chocolate flavour!! For those who aren't chocolate fans
your feedback is super important and I listen to every single piece that I get

I am incredibly happy with how all of you have been progressing and this is why I made the proudest moment's board.

It allows others to see that change is not only reflective in the gym.

It is a reflection on life
