Right everyone... thats me finished for a week
Its been a long time since ive had a break and im taking some time to recoup and recover.
You can expect a fully refreshed trainer and lots of "fun" sessions when i get back

I am putting feelers out with regards to hiring a facility that is sizeable enough for a personal training facility
Unfurnished as i have all the equipment
The premises would need to be around 1000sq ft with parking capabilities.
I have clients coming all day hours etc so 24 7 access would be essential.
Can anybody point me in the right direction.
I have tried rightmove
Loopnet
zoopla
Nothing seems to be of use and the websites arent updated to current affairs

Any help would be great

You said, I did.

Upon chatting with you guys over the last few months, it has been evident that a lot of people are taking my advice on board, but yet are finding it increasingly difficult to get their protein intake in.
I have taken it upon myself to rectify this problem!!

Sspt now has its own recovery patch (its not quite a corner to have a lie down in but I digress)

Protein is essential in promoting the recovery of your muscles after a workout (ever felt a session took too long to recover from)

Lack of protein people 😁

Now there is all the capability in the world to get that juicy recovery in.

I have only stocked premium products (none of this cheap nasty stuff)
And they all taste phenomenal (from my own verdict)

I wouldn't have second class products in my facility and I definitely wouldn't be encouraging you to buy second rate.
