Hey everyone, welcome back to my Level 1 series, today we go through the third process in demonstrating, and that is hitting a minimum of 3 good balls to demo what you are teaching.

Make sure the 3 you hit are the best examples, if not then there's no harm in doing more!

A key skill in coaching is whilst you demo the shot or tactic, you need to be able to talk it through at the same time with your players!
