E.R.L Football Coaching E.R.L is a Football Coaching set up which stands for Educate, Repeat, Lead. These are the core values on which it is built on.

Aimed at youth and adult players, we want to help further develop, improve and build players into leaders on and off the pitch.

Well done to Daniel who smashed his work experience week with us. 👏

Thank you to the parents for the week that supported us in supporting others - Daniel got in front of 20 players of his own for the week which is no joke and can be daunting, but he stayed coachable and applied himself. Receiving amazing feedback after every session. 🙏

The truth is, we do get a lot of messages asking if we can assist with helping give opportunities for young aspiring Coaches but sadly we cannot take everyone on. 🙌

But…

Our philosophy is simple.. stay kind, relatable, be relevant with your Coaching and create environments for growth as well as thought provoke the players in front of you. ☄️

It’s so refreshing seeing young people like Daniel that want to see Football through another lens. 🔎
