Cocktail recipe: 🍹

- 1 handful of kale
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp ground linseed
- 1 green cucumber without rind
- 1 glass of water

Put spinach and kale in the blender, add water and mix until the cocktail has a liquid consistency. Stop blending, add the remaining ingredients and restart the blender. The finished cocktail should have a creamy consistency.

INGREDIENTS
2 corn cobs
