Let me be honest…
When we look at a fitness enthusiast’s social media posts, we assume they never put on weight, are always strict and perfect with their health…
Wrong!
This summer, since my boxing match, I have put some weight on, and it’s not muscle,
It does happen and I am aware, I have been less mobile even whilst exercising, but eating the same. The past two weeks of time off work and being on holiday, I’ve eaten more and drink a bit more.
IT HAPPENS! And I don’t feel guilty. But I have a plan.
It may look like I’ve put on no weight, but it’s more obvious under the shirt, and I do feel a bit uncomfortable.
So from Monday, I will clean up my diet (but still having a few treats in the week, like I always do) drop the few lbs I’ve put on (I don’t need to go crazy) and keep a good routine. It’s not like everything went out the window.
