Allah is Al-Jabbar, just as He breaks you only to make you when you receive your gift!

When I learnt this name of Allah it was nasheed to my ears!

So many of life's tests and I didn't know why or how to change it. This beautiful name of Allah teaches us that Allahs mercy is overflowing he wants us to draw back closer to him and to make us stronger so that we can be more of ourselves. More empathetic and to help others better in simar experience. It shapes your beautiful mind body & soul & healing is the fundamental key 🗝️❤️ here to unlock 🔓 your potential, wisdom & success. In order to not repeat patterns of behaviour that are halting your progress from moving forward with purpose.

Any crisis/major life event with heavy negative emotional experienced takes a toll on our health & confidence. This is just the nature of trauma & life.

To name but a few
COVID
Postpartum
Child with illness/disease
Loss of loved one or relationship breakdown

At these times we often curl up into a ball of negative emotions and lose hope giving up on self-care and progress.

Your Internal dialogue says:
You're not good enough
You deserve this
You feel it won't get better

You focus on the pain and anguish.

If at this very point we say
Allah loves me
He tests me to make me
Everyday I draw closer to him
In my intentions and actions

I'm deserving of the best Wellbeing, success in all areas of my life

Then go do that self-care! Whatever it is you find recharges your batteries.

For me it would be
A bubble bath
A favourite book
Listening to some beautiful nasheeds

You deserve self-care it's not selfish when it fills you up with so much joy that you have much more energy for: ✅Quality time with family
✅To work with balance ⚖️
✅Energy to cook efficient easy healthy meals
✅Get goods night's quality sleep
✅Pray with much less/or no aches, pains & more relaxed (Khushoo in prayers)

Life gives us a taste of struggles...

and while it's difficult to compare the sufferings of men and women, it is evident that women often endure a greater burden.

But here's the thing... During the prophet's time (pbuh) women were much more honored and they honored themselves too...

These remarkable women had the qualities of:

Patience...

Perseverance…

Gratitude…

Confidence…
