Improve Carry Endurance with this Protocol
Pre-Fatigue! 😳
Despite what all the science based internet ‘experts’ tell you, it’s not all about quality. It’s not a case of just take full rest and perform the exact movement the way you compete. 😱
Here we use a superset of glute ham raise before going straight into the Husabag:
A1) Glute Ham Raise x 4-6 reps, 10s rest
A2) Husabag x80m, 180s rest
*Complete 3x sets total
The pre-fatigue works on the posterior chain which will also be recruited during the Husabag carry. Tension increases and fatigue hits hard 💪🏻
This is great as a first phase or accumulation 1. It will make 90kg feel like 120kg without the same stress on things like spinal compression.
