Since February I have had the absolute pleasure of working with the SailGP Southampton team. They care about their employees here so much that they get me in to do circuits with them before their working day starts! Other employers - take note!
From the get-go I have been nothing but impressed with the incredible energy these highly motivated individuals bring to each and every session and I’ve been lucky for the opportunity to plan sessions for such a great bunch of people.

That’s Marathon no.6 in the bag and the photos are in! I’ve been lazy the last few months and not trained so I took it nice and easy just scraping a sub-4 hour time.
Thanks so much to who supported me on the days leading up to the race and especially on the day, you were here, there & everywhere with our Girl cheering me on with my Dad! Also thank you to everybody that I saw who cheered me on, I saw loads of people I knew and it really does help so much and gives me a little buzz to push me on 🙏🏼
As always the Southampton spectators support was amazing!

ANNUAL BOOTCAMP BBQ 🍔
Massive thank you to all who came to the bbq on Saturday. It was great seeing everybody in normal clothes, not dripping with sweat and without heart rates of 170bpm 😂

Special thanks to for making those outrageously good Mars bar cakes, to for giving me a hand when it was much needed! And to Aaliyah-Mai for making us those lovely cupcakes cakes that are sadly no longer with us 😂

Look forward to next year with a band to celebrate 5 years!

THREE WEEKS TO GO! 🌟
BOOTCAMP BBQ on Saturday 3rd August at Royal Victoria Country Park! 1:30pm-5pm. Come join us for an afternoon of celebrating our 4 year anniversary and being young, healthy, active and thriving!

Over 400 sessions in the bag and the pleasure of training more than 250 of you it has been an amazing 4 years and I’m very lucky to be able to call many of you my friends. Bring your partners, kids, dogs, cats & goats and let’s have a fantastic afternoon with music, BBQ, drink and I’ll even book some good weather for it!

Thank you so much to everybody who was a part of last month’s sessions. I began March with the intention of making it the toughest to date. I wanted the sessions to be mentally and physically challenging, I wanted them to be engaging and enjoyable and effective. I think all those boxes were ticked and I’m very proud of the sessions that were delivered in March as well as every single one of you who came to them.

Let’s hit April with that same level of enthusiasm and make it the best month yet 💪🏼🔥
