The Pole Division

The Pole Division Pole and yoga studio located in Southampton We are a pole dance and yoga studio located in Southampton, sharing the same location as the Barbell Division gym.

We offer a safe and positive environment to improve your fitness, strength and flexibility by offering a range of classes that focus on acquiring skills rather than focusing on appearance. The studio is LGBTQ+ friendly and aims to be a place of inclusion for any minorities. Drop-in sessions are £10/session, our monthly membership costs £45/month for unlimited classes. If you have any questions at all, do drop us a message and we will be more than happy to help!

As of tomorrow we are out of office for the next week or so, tonight is your last chance to come along to a class so book quickly if you’re thinking of coming 💕!

If you’re a non-member, the studio is available for hire (£15/hour rate) so feel free to DM us if you want to use it while there’s no classes happening ☺️!

Classes will resume on the 24th May, and shortly after we’ve got several taster sessions to look forward to 🙌🏻!!
