Looking for a healthy, screen-free activity this summer? Do you want to boost your child’s confidence in the water while improving their swimming technique? 🌞

Join our 4-day intensive swimming courses at West Hill Park School, Titchfield, with lessons running over four consecutive days between 8:30am and 10:00am.

✅ 30-minute lessons
✅ Small group lessons (maximum of 4 swimmers)
✅ Private 1:1 or 1:2 lessons available

It’s Drowning Prevention Week! 🛟

As swimming teachers and parents/guardians, it is our responsibility to educate our pupils/children with vital water safety knowledge ahead of the summer months, when drownings are most likely to occur.

Over the last five years, 3,615 people have tragically drowned in the UK and Ireland. On 27 May 2026, BBC News released an article stating that the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) issued a warning following the 12 fatal incidents of accidental drownings during one week of warmer weather.

This week we will be talking to the children about water safety around the pool and at the beach and what to do in an emergency! ‼️🆘

Most of our pupils will wear clothing to their lessons to understand the dangers of water when fully clothed!

Looking for swimming lessons in a fantastic facility? We have limited spaces available at West Hill Park - our large 25m pool with a deep end of 3 metres!

📍 Conveniently located:
• Just 14 minutes from Hedge End
• 9 minutes from Whiteley
• 8 minutes from Warsash

🗓 Starting week beginning 13th April, we have Friday availability for:

⏰ 4:00pm – Intermediate group or private lesson
⏰ 4:30pm – Beginners (typically ages 4–7) & intermediates
⏰ 5:30pm – Advanced beginners & intermediates

These are some of the main skills we teach in our pre-school and beginner lessons at LWSA. Our aim is to develop these skills by making every lesson engaging, supportive and safe ✅

Harrison was just 3 years old in this video and now he can confidently and competently swim over 7 metres. His family have now moved to Australia with the trust that their children are safe around water 🩵
