We’d love you to give a warm welcome to the lovely Justyna .fitness our newest female Fitness/Personal trainer here at Southampton Portswood 👋.

“Hi, I’m Justyna. At 40 I discovered strength training – and it completely changed my life. It gave me energy, confidence and the belief that it’s never too late to start again.

My mission is to help others feel the same. No extremes, no quick fixes – just simple, balanced training and habits that bring real results and fit into your everyday life.

For me, fitness is about more than just shaping the body – it’s about feeling strong, confident and happy in your own skin.”

You may have seen a new face around the gym lately - we are over the moon to introduce you to your new Fitness Manager - Nick.👋

Nick is an Armed Forces Veteran of 22 years, and has had a passion for fitness, sport and strength & conditioning all of his life.

He is an active Great Britain Powerlifter and loves teaching the sport to all and the next generations.

Nick also suffers with Inflamatory Bowel Disease (IBD) namely Crohns disease and is always on hand to talk about it with anybody that may be going through the same.

Nick say’s;

“I’m here to support you on whatever path your journey takes, and you’ll often see me walking around the gym floor saying hello!”
