Good morning Ladies, I have made the decision to cancel our LFF sessions for now.
With the nature of the class it would be very difficult to train with no contact. The pads are a key part to this session!
The classes WILL return again please be assured 👌🏻 take care and stay safe during these strange times, but most of all, stay positive. We’ll be back to normal again soon 👊🏻
