We have space available in all our classes. We have had some juniors progress into the senior classes 🥋 which is great to see!

Monday Seniors - 6:45-7:45pm
Tuesday - 6:15-7:15pm
Thursday Juniors - 6-6:30pm

Just a quick post to show how proud I am of this lot. Another grading in the bag, well done to everyone who took part 🥋🙌🏼

Well huge done to all those that took part in the grading today! As always, it’s great to watch you all in action and show our Chief Instructor Ivan Riley what you can do 🥋

Seeing so many students grow in confidence and develop important life skills, respect, discipline to name a few is rewarding on so many levels.

To each and everyone of my students, keep up the hard work, you all did me proud today! 👊🏼

We’ve had a busy few months of training 🥋 I would like to welcome all the new starters we’ve taken on board recently! Starting anything new is not always easy, especially following recent times. You’ve made the start of your martial arts journey and long may it continue. To all my existing students, thank you as always for your continued support. You all make me so proud each week with your attitude and commitment to training!

Week commencing 19th April, let’s go 👊🏼🥋

We’re finally making our return back to the halls 🥋🙌🏼🥋 for those that have continued to train with me online for the past 12 months, well done, you have all been amazing! It’s been a challenge to say the least but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I have sent out an email regarding the plan of action to get as many students back training as possible. If you haven’t received it and would like more information please drop me a message. We have limited availability due to restrictions but I am doing my best to accommodate!
