If you want to start losing weight ⚖️ make a short list of all the things your doing wrong with your diet example below 👇

- Every Friday and Saturday I have a takeout.
- I drink a glass of wine every night.
- I don’t eat much veg or fruit.

Instead of a strict diet plan I get my clients to set realistic goals that they can easily follow.

For example the solution would be to have one takeout per week or if you wanted to be really strict you could have 4 takeouts per month instead of 8 takeouts per month.

The glass of wine you only have 3 glasses of wine per week along side drinking 2-3 litres of water per day.

If you want to optimise your health it is important to have your fruit and veg 3-5 portions per day find veg you like and fruit.

Be kind to yourself and make small changes to your health and lifestyle.

You won’t be able to keep adding weight to the bar you will have good days and bad days just remember to give it your all.

If the weight isn’t increasing here are some tips below to help you make progress.

📍slow down focus on a tempo you may have to reset the weight but that’s okay in bodybuilding we want to be explosive but more importantly controlling eccentrics and really feeling the muscles.

📍Reps change your rep range for abit don’t just stick to 8-12 try 6-10 or 12-15.

📍Track how the weight is feeling on my notes I’ll put either really fu***ng heavy or feels light today it’s good to track your emotions in a session.

📍Record your training send it to your coach and get feedback from them.
