💜TOP TIPS TO STAY ACCOUNTABLE💜

It can be easy to fall off track with your progress and to forget to keep up with everything! HERE’S SOME TIPS TO HELP YAAAAA 😙✌🏽

✨ plan out your day/week! Planning is so underrated and TRUST ME when I say it helps SO MUCH!
✨ keep reminds on your phone to do a certain task if you know you might forget e.g water reminders!
✨ text a friend to help keep you accountable! I do this with one of my besties and we’re constantly reminding each other to drink water and get those steps in! Sometimes, having a partner on a similar journey to you can help so much!
✨ use an accountability tracker and update it each day. At the end of the week, review it and create 3 goals for the new week! 💖 P.S my clients get a FREE accountability tracker which I review and give feedback on!

INDIAN INSPIRED CHICKPEA PATTIES 😋
serves 4

You asked for it, so here ya go!! Mildly spiced patties, served hot or cold!
⭐️INGREDIENTS ⭐️
- 2 tbsp coconut / rapeseed oil
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 15g fresh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 and a half tbsp garam masala
- 1-2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 400g drained chickpeas
- 20g plain peanuts, grounded ✨ TIP: use a food processor or pestle&mortar
- 1 tbsp whole meal flour
- 25g fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely sliced
- lime wedges to serve
👩🏽‍🍳 METHOD 👩🏽‍🍳
- heat 1tbs of the oil in a medium saucepan over a low-medium heat. Add the onion and fry until soft and lightly brown 🧅
- add the ginger, garlic, spices & chilli flakes, and cook for 1 minute. stir constantly. 🧄
- remove the heat, add the chickpeas in the pan with the peanuts and mash with a potato masher until the chickpeas turn into a thick paste and can join together.
- transfer into a bowl, season well with salt and pepper, add the flour and chopped coriander and mix well! Form the mixture into 8 patties, pressing together firmly until it holds its shape.
- heat the remaining oil in a large non stick pan over a medium heat and lightly fry the patties until golden brown and crisp on each side. Remember to keep flipping them!!
- Serve 2 patties per person and garnish with some lime wedges, coriander leaves and some Greek yoghurt! 🤩

• 8g protein
• 15g carbs
• 11g fat
• 5G fibre
