Seb the defender scores his first goal at Old Trafford ! 👏
This is Sebastian who plays in defence for our team , he is very solid at the back , being the warrior of the team and making sure nothing gets near our goal. More known for his speed, breaking up opposition play and endless workrate. Seb had never scored a goal for the club but managed to save his first for a tournament at Manchester United’s ground, Old Trafford!

Walking Football Scotland are proud to present a special Recognition Award to Drew Wilson in acknowledgement of his outstanding dedication to Walking Football in Scotland and his inspirational work supporting people living with Parkinson’s.

Sadly, due to ill health, Drew was forced to step back from his involvement after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.

Despite this, his contribution to Walking Football and the Parkinson’s community continues to leave a lasting legacy.

Join us as we congratulate Drew, a true ambassador for the game, inspiring others through his dedication, compassion and unwavering commitment to improving opportunities for people living with Parkinson’s. 👏👏👏

In memory of Robin George ❤️
At the end of last year, one of our original founders - Robin George - sadly died.
He was hugely involved in the set up and running of Warminster Highbury Youth, and one of his first games was Warminster vs Westbury Youth Under 15s.

In honour of our honorary president and huge supporter, we launched the Robin George Shield - an Under 15s Warminster vs Westbury match.

All money raised at the event went to the Stars Appeal at Salisbury Hospital, a charity chosen by Robin’s family.

While the home team won 4-1, the whole day was a celebration of grass roots football. One of our highlights from the day included being handed a scrapbook of Highbury going back to our inception in 1984 by one of Robin’s sons.

The local history and faces in the photos show our club over time and show how integral to community grass roots football really can be.

This is my 17 year old daughter Kara, she is in her second season as a referee and has covered 192 mini soccer and tournament games and 63 youth league games this season. 🟥🟨
She has been awarded Sunderland RA Young Ref of the Year - the first female to ever receive this award. 💪👏🥳

He never played football till he came to me at SJB Juniors.
Played 7 a side 9 a side and 11 a side football. ‘

to CEFN Rangers Girls U12s who have only been together a year, and the girls have grown with confidence and imprived so well. Hard work has really paid off from both coaches and players, and this weekend they got their 1st win, a fantastic achievement! 👏⚽️🥳🥅
