7 weeks ago she made the decision to start.

Since then she’s shown up, stayed consistent and trusted the process 💯

But more importantly, she’s become stronger, more confident and proved to herself what she’s capable of.

This is what happens when you stop waiting for the perfect time and start backing yourself.

Not because of the location.

Not because of the hike.

Because every person in this photo was once the woman who nearly didn’t start.

The woman who felt nervous.
The woman who lacked confidence.
The woman who wasn’t sure she’d fit in.

Now look at them 🤍

Strong women.
Good people.
A group that genuinely supports each other.

Women who realised they didn’t have to do this alone 💗

Friendships have been built here.

Confidence has been built here.

And for some women, this place has changed far more than just their fitness 💗
